This environmental policy is our commitment to minimising our impacts and continually improving our environmental performance during the course of our business.
We have reviewed our operations and identified the associated environmental impacts. Our aim is to implement improvements in the following areas:
Compliance with Legislation - We are committed to complying with, or exceeding, all environmental legislation applicable to our business operations and aim to encourage our customers and suppliers to do likewise.
Energy - We use energy for heating and lighting. We will monitor our energy consumption on a regular basis and implement energy efficiency measures where practical.
Resources and Waste -
Much of our waste packaging and IT equipment is currently recycled. We plan to investigate improved re-use and more sustainable packaging solutions.
Pollution Prevention - We will implement measures to reduce potential risks of pollution to water, air and land by our business processes. The increased use of remote monitoring and maintenance of IT systems will support our aim.
Communication - We will train staff to work in accordance with this policy and help us achieve the above aims.
This policy statement will be reviewed annually and will be adapted to any future changes within our company or changes in legislation that apply to our business.
